MD11 cause flight simulator x to freeze

Hello i've got a problem when i try to validate in the fmc a flight plan (in flight plan mode: "active flight plan"), in fact: flight simulator freeze and quit immidiately.Another thing : is there sid and star data in the fmc? and if yes how to load them in the fmc.Thanks to answer me.regards.PAC

I am sorry, but it is important that you read the FMS manual. The sid and star screen is selected from the LAT REV (lateral revision) page. However, lockups are unusual. Maybe you could share the steps you took before the lockup happened?
