I have installed the FS2002patch and the 1.1version patch but still this problem why?

You only need the FS2002 patch, version 1.1 is for FS2000 only.Just reinstall, this time with only the FS2002 patch, and everything should be fine.Cheers,Gosta.

Well you arent supposed to install the 1.1 patch for 2002 playing just 2002 patch. Reinstall and skip the 1.1 patch, then it should work just fine
