September 8, 200223 yr hi allcan anyone tell me if the PIC 767 has a virtual cockpit if so can you post a screeniethanks
September 8, 200223 yr No VC I'm afraid - it's a native FS2k panel that has been patched to work with FS2k2.AndyEGTR
September 8, 200223 yr ok thanks for your reply,i just installed a second monitor and now i fly in VC on one and the 2D on the other, and now i have taste for VC when flying, so i guess i wil have to wait for the A320 PIC to come out or i could consider Phoenix one, have you got the Phoenix one? what is the VC like?thanks
September 8, 200223 yr One of the best. The only negative I can think of is the fact that the ND track line doesn't appear dynamically in the VC, but you can display an undocked ND over the top so that's a reasonable work-around.Best ask in the PSS forum about specifics.AndyEGTR
September 8, 200223 yr Commercial Member Don't dismiss PIC because it doesn't have a VC. The flight dynamics and the fidelity of the systems are still second to none. I promise you won't be disapointed with it! Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
September 8, 200223 yr Is this feasible?Have someone create a new 767 with a 3D pit and use with PIC?
September 8, 200223 yr Commercial Member Yeah that would work... maybe POSKY will update their 767's to have VC's now that they're doing them starting with the CRJ... Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
September 9, 200223 yr A landing panel works a lot better than a VC because the gauges look as they do in real life. That is what many of us use. Pedro
September 9, 200223 yr You bet. I am using it all the time. Definitely beats a VC.Michael J. Michael J.
September 9, 200223 yr Just wondering what landing panel are you guys using??and maybe a link to one :-) pleaseThanks-Paul KHVN
September 9, 200223 yr Paul, there are not any landing panels to download as far as I know (I may be wrong). However, it is fairly simple to create a landing view yourself.I believe that if you do a search for "vfr" in this forum you will come across a tutorial on how to do this. These are 2 screenshots at my amateurish go at creating a landing panel.Hope this helpsJeremy
September 10, 200223 yr JeremyGreat shots!I will try to find that vfr tutorial in this forum. Thanks again.Paul KHVN
September 10, 200223 yr Paul,Let me know if you find it. I've tried a couple of different searches with no luck. Thanks,
