December 16, 200223 yr My view on taxi, notice the improvement in seeing taxiway signs. With the forward view pulled down about 80% to the bottom of the window, I can simply pull down the landing panel to get even more forward view. Here is a good example.
December 16, 200223 yr Hi Randy,An issue about your modified default main panel:why are there two sets of landing gear lights above the gear handle, while the alternate flaps buttons below the altn. flaps knob are missing?Thank you,Luca

That was a screen of my first beta working and for the life of me I forgot to set the "y" {hieght} for that one. Well here you go, Randy Randy J Smith
December 16, 200223 yr Author Wow very NICE! I will have to use that myself Mike. I'm very glad my Contribution to this view has come together for you, thanks for the kind words. I am nearing completion on the package but have a few more things to add and some "possible bugs" to test for. I am trying to implement panel back lighting. Here are the two types of landing panel you can choose from, you can pick only one to use. Regards, Randy Smith Randy J Smith
April 13, 200323 yr Author Well enough said, I now have the landing lights and rain working correctly for the vfr landing panels!!! I will now have ONLY ONE panel which you can see in the screen shot below. Some new features: 1] One click for switching to and from panels {thanks to Lee}. 2] Landing lights, gear and rain effects now working! 3] Any landing panel can use this setup. 4] This view is for use with a Posky merge setup ONLY!!!!!! It will work with the default panel BUT you will NOT have the landing lights and the {view_down} will be off seeing that the Posky model has a "higher eyepoint" than the default aircraft. So, if you have problems with using the default panel I will offer NO HELP. 5] For those of you who dislike the "posts" you can remove them using the color 0,0,0, color with ease. I had to "modify" the default main and upper panel and combind them into ONE to make this possible. Look at the screen shot below for the combined main and upper panel. I had to reset ALL gauges to their correct point. I am also "cleaning up" the landing panel so that the outline shows no irregularities. I am also trying to have the "panel night lighting" work for the landing panel. Just getting it back into the main panel was a "*****". These screen shots show the excact change over from the gauge and have not been changed for these pictures! I am testing for any problems that might appear so I will post when ready. Best Wishes, Randy J. Smith Randy J Smith
