December 14, 200223 yr Hi guys take a look a my EADI, the lines are not solid!!I have seen screenshots where they are :-(When resizing its not that noticeable in fs.. I uploaded it to my webpage.....http://www.geocities.com/commuterpilot2/images/It's image1.jpg-Shane
December 14, 200223 yr If you are referring to the dashed pink line on your EADI, that is your heading indicator line and is suppose to be that way. The solid lines are part of a flight plan, linking waypoints together.Regards,Van L
December 14, 200223 yr Hi VanNo No. Not that... if you see where the "Angle of climb" lines are, notice how they break up and not straight??...-Shane
December 14, 200223 yr >Hi guys take a look a my EADI, the lines are not solid!!I suspect you are referring to those white thin horizontal lines which seem to be sort of broken (steps-like) ?Well this is aliasing effect - all glass cockpits in FS, no matter what product suffer from this, look at the runway markings too ...It certainly has nothing to do with PIC.If you would like to see something like this then this technology is around the corner ........ (this is a picture from the PMDG forum and their 737NG which is months away from release).http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3df68fe36a7b4835.gifMichael J. Michael J.

LMAO. Good to see i'm not the only one. Regards, Randy Randy J Smith
December 14, 200223 yr If you've seen the A310 in production for a payware release, the EADI is absolutely fantastic! Smooth and sharp lines. Also, I've noticed the EADI in the Fokker 100/70 that was just released doesn't suffer from this either.
December 14, 200223 yr Now how about this Nirvana - both clean, sharp, anti-aliased lines AND smooth, fluid, jitter-free movements. This is what this baby promises to offer ....http://www.reality-xp.com/Demo/Meggitt_PFD_ILS.jpgMichael J. Michael J.
