Handy Program to Fly on VATSIM

Featured Replies

Gentlemen,I know this is a little of topic for the PIC forum, but I thought many of you might find this program useful. I wrote this in hopes of streamlining the process of logging onto VATSIM because quite frankly it's a pain in the you know what. I know of few of you have helped me to test the program (Mike B, Mike Murphy), but I wanted to share the program with other members of the forum. It's a simple program, that I hope will make the process a little less painful. The file has been uploaded to the AVSIM file library. You can search for FS Quick Launch or click the below link.[a]http://ftp.avsim.com/library/search.php?SearchTerm=fs+quick+launch&CatID=Root[/a]Regards,Gregg Baker(AAL1220/N1220GB)

Thanks again Gregg, this works perfect!Best Wishes,Randy J. [email protected]" A little learning is a dangerous thing"

He ain't lyin folks! This program is a very simple and effective alternative to using the program bundled with FSUIPC. I use it every day on my main PC and my client PC to start FSBuild, FSSky World, FS2002, Roger Wilco, WideFS, Squawkbox, FSMeteo, a browser, and a couple other programs. One click on each PC when I get home from work and then I can take off my coat, hit the lav, fill up a big drink cup, then settle in to my big leather chair and drop the feet on the rudder pedals.

Hey Mike,Whatever you do, don't get the order mixed up.Happy 2003CheersIan

A very useful program! Does not eat up any extra resources as you can set it to exit automatically after it loads all your programs for you.
