Sorry for "COLUMBIA"

Featured Replies

I'm sorry , this is not the best place to say how sorry we in Israel are for what happaned to Columbia. We feel so bad for the Americans , who were so generose in giving an expensive place for our first Israeli astronaut ILAN RAMON.They were all such a lovely crew, each very proffesional (I know ILAN was the best of the best) and i'm sure they all were.We hope that after the investigation NASA will continue with its space planes and maybe will consider taking another Israeli.very very saduri

..and we are very sorry for Israel's loss, too. Our thoughts are with all the families.

Uri,As sad as it is for us in the USA, I can ony imagine it must be worse in Israel, with the country never having experienced an accident of this magnitude before. Such a shame that it had to happen to your very first astronaut too. As if both our countries haven't been though enough recently... Our thoughts are definitely with the families of the brave crew members, including those who knew and were rooting for Col. Ramon.Ryan

Ryan,You are so right, you should see the faces in Israel, Ilan Ramon was and is a symbol of hope and better days to this teared and tired country. But as for you ,the Americans, it only makes us tougher andwilling to continue our way of life, with hopes for a much better future . I'm sure that the investigations won't leave "stone on stone"to find exactly what went wrong in COLUMBIA.Again many thanks Ryan and hopes for better days for both countries.Uri
