Zoomed EADI/EHSI

Featured Replies

This is a question before I make a problem :-lol I have just uncovered Gauthier's zoomable EADI/EHSI file from my HD but think I *might* have a problem with installation. The addition requires two extra windows to show the zoomed instruments which would take the window count up to 9 and I seem to remember that either 9 or 10 was not allowed, can someone advise please. Also for the zoomed instruments to work do the windows *have* to be the same number as in the attached panel.cfg file (07 & 08) or can they be 08 & 09? I ask because Randy's landing view is currently Window07.Thanks

Well you can have many more window entires, but your issue is dealing with adding those popups along with my panel which is really not a problem. If my panel is the LAST (WINDOWXX) entry i.e. 7, put these lines right under that entry; window08=EADI PIC767 Zoomed window09=EHSI PIC767 ZoomedScroll further down just past the actual window descriptions (7) and add these;(Window08)file=EADIzoomed.bmpsize_mm=534,484//window_pos=0.05, 0.25position=6visible=0ident=125gauge00=B767Weadi, 42, 52, 444gauge01=767PIC!EADI_icon, 504, 0, 30, 30(Window09)file=EHSIzoomed.bmpsize_mm=528,588;window_pos=0.07, 0.25position=8visible=0ident=150gauge00=B767Wehsi, 40, 48, 454gauge01=767PIC!EHSI_icon, 498, 0, 30, 30 One important note: If my PANEL is NOT the last (windowXX) entry (7), just CHANGE those above new entries to the next in line numbered entries. So, if your (windowsXX) go up to 10 say, just rename the above new entries to 11 and 12 and change the window descriptions to match the entries.[h5]Best Wishes,Randy J.
