May 19, 200323 yr I need help to cure a problem I have with Gauthier's 'zoomed' EADI & EHSI gauges. My 767PIC has Randy's VFR panel so that is set as window07 so Gauthier's panels become Window08 & 09.First problem is that I cannot see Gauthier's icons for the zoomed displays which he says should be located to the left of the autoland gauge - I have the Version3 file. Both 'zoomed' BMP files are in the panel folder and the two icons and XML files are fs2002gauges767pic directory, should these be in the main gauges directory, the instructions say leave them in the 767pic directory?I have tried SHIFT-L twice but that does not display the icons :( I can bring up the EHSI with SHIFT+9 but, as expected, SHIFT+0 does not display the EADI (Window09)Any help appreciated.

May 22, 200323 yr Author >I cannot get the icon to appear but if i click to the left of>the autoland then they pop upNot here :-(I asume you mean to the left of the Autoland Status gauge, just above the radar altimeter? I have no click spots around that area other than the 3 buttons for that gauge.I do have a small rectangular black panel almost covering the clock which appeared since installing the zoomable displays but even clicking in that rectangle produces no results.
May 23, 200323 yr OK, here is how you fix it. First, go to your FS2002 gauges folder. Locate the fOLDER called 767PIC. Open the EADI file, it will pop up in your web browser. Rightclick anywhere on the web page and choose VIEW DETALS. Now you have a open NOTEPAD TEXT. Locate this 125(>K:PANEL_ID_TOGGLE)Just CHANGE the 125 to MATCH the INDENT for the added EADI in your PANEL CFG, it's here://--------------------------------------------------------(Window09)file=EADIzoomed.bmp size_mm=534,484position=6visible=0ident=125 Make sure this number is the SAME as the one you are dealing with.Click close and SAVE. Now just do the same for the EHSI and it will work with those icons or the little black areas where they should be.[h5]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smith[/h5][h6]Are You Ready For The Next Great one? May 23, 200323 yr Author Many thanks for your help Randy but as you might have guessed mea culpa :-roll When your suggested fix didn't need doing (the idents were correct) I went searching in the panel.cfg file to see what I had missed.I did not use Gauthier's panel.cfg file, just added the new windows, but what I failed to notice was the addition of the icons in window01.Those are now in and the zoom windows work a treat, just need to ad them to your landing view.Sorry for being a muppet :-)
