August 14, 200223 yr Hi,I need a software sugestion to clean up my FS2002 without destroy other aircrafts...Any idea ?Thanks,Ulisses
August 14, 200223 yr Author You can remove planes by simply deleting the specific folder under FS2002Aircraft. The only problem is if you've aliased the panel or sound file of a plane you've deleted for another plane. It goes without saying that you should never delete any of the default planes, as they're called upon by many add-ons.As all the gauges go into the FS2002Gauges folder, removing a plane won't affect them, and you'll just end up with gauges you no longer use. If you use a gauge cleaning program like JabGau98 (there are others) you can check all our aircraft folder and identify which are no longer being used. It can be found here:http://www.grizzcreek.com/panelworks/(This is the "slim" version, without the VB5 files included. I can provide the "full" version if required.)
