Level-D Photorealistic Cockpit

Featured Replies

Wade et al,Any chance of a photorealistic cockpit in the Level-D PIC2 ? Comparatively, say something like PMDG 737-800. If it's too late to release it now, can some additional textures be made available as an add-on? I wouldn't mind paying for something like that.Eagerly anticipating,Josh

PMDG 737-800 is not photorealistic ;)

Floris,My understanding the overhead panel is, from their website:"New Cockpit Graphics - All 2D panel and virtual cockpit artwork has been replaced to enhance depth of image and add photo-based textures"http://www.precisionmanuals.com/frames/737800_new.htmBut I am not here to make comparisons, I would just like to knowif there is a possibility to get one in Level-D PIC 2. If not, I am more than happy with what we will get, but one can wish!cheersJosh

limited photo based 'textures', NOT a photo based image.a true photo based image example would be DreamFleets 737 product for ver 2k.

The Level-D 767 WILL have photorealistic 2d panels.Havent you seen the video or the previous 767 PIC ?Alex

CS 727 is photoreal. 737NG isn't.767PIC is photoreal, and so will be the V2, from what you can see of the promo.

Why is the printing so smallin the printing about 3 posts above this?JimCYWG

>CS 727 is photoreal. 737NG isn't.>>767PIC is photoreal, and so will be the V2, from what you can>see of the promo.>> Sorry but that is certainly NOT the case. It's not a photo simply because the LAYOUT is not *true* to a real 767 for the time. Nowadays one can make a lonnie paine looking panel along with a landing view, VFR, IFR all in one package if so desired. PIC and the 800 have some in common panel wise, that is they both USE real textuers in PART to make the panel but both do not look like Dreamfleet's or Captain Sim's panels but hey that is ok too ;-)..Best Wishes,[h4]Randy J.
