Featured Replies

Hi folks, I'm experiencing the following problem: I have the PIC767(FS2002) and everytime i wanna choose a sid or star the cpu usage goes up to 100% and my Computer needs many many seconds before i can move hte mouse and choose another sid star or a rwy or push the execute button; everything works as in slow motion untill i quit the dep appr page and do something else with the fmc!I'm using the AIRAC 0505; Fs2002 on a AMD XP2800+(400FSB)/1024MbRam/ATI Radeon96000Pro(256Mb)Maybe someone can help?Greets Patrick

Patrick,I think this was a bug in the PIC. If you have all the procedure files in the sid, star and approach floders the FMC got bogged down. Chose the files you will use and copy thoise to the above foolders and you should be fine.I once made a little program that would take care of the copying for you as long as you knew the ICAO codes for your flight. I think it should be in the library somewhere. Ah, here it is: http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=19792Hope it helps,
