These two products are causing me massive problems with no help from tech support. I tried everything they suggested from their website including all patches and tweaks. I have FSX SP2 ACCELL Pck, I turned off the DX 10 Preview. Still each time I load these planes, it take ten time longer for them to load then other aircraft. The frame rates are crap. Really slow. Whats up with this company??? I am a 20 yr IT veteran and my system is very efficient and fast. Only these products are giving me this grief. Did I make a big mistake buying them? Or, am I doing something wrong? Any help please, i am desperate and considering legal action against this company for false advertising.Mark

Sorry to hear about your problems with those products, but what does that have to do with 767PIC or Level D?
