How best to make use of Suncom dual throttle.

Featured Replies

Hello everyone. Does anyone have, or knows where to get, a block diagram for Suncom. I would like to be able to use most of the hardware contained in that assembly. I cannot find a driver that installs/works in W98SE, if anyone knows where to get one, please let me know. Thanks. TV

Hi. Thank you. If over 5Mb please let me know to clean up some more space. I am not sure if you can send just the driver, or Acrobat must come with it? Please send to [email protected] TV

PeterK I have the Suncom F15 throttle set with the matching stickwhich were $15 each at EB..The throttle is dual function but when using the analog game port the left throttle is the rudder control and the right is the throttleall the buttons function off the Keyboard strokes and require thekeyboard to function through the throttle along with the Stick... Using the Analog to USB adaptor will give you the ability to make seperate throttles but all the buttlon still functionoff the kayboard ..pete

Hi, Ray.Thank you for your input. I seem to not be able to get this recognized, other than 3 axis 4 buttons, see pic. Some people seem to have a Suncom driver in their Game controller, I do not. I now have connected Suncom directly into my Gameport and ChFlight sick into the Aux of the Suncom and the power from the keyboard. There may be something that did not get installed, but I did not see it on the W98SE CD.I was thinking about modifying it to look like a regular throttle on pins 3 and 6. Thanks again, TV
