August 29, 200223 yr Fortunately there are still a few forums around where the above is absoutely unthinkable and everybody is real friendly and positive. I am afraid to mention which ones, out of fear of attracting those very forum-rowdy's that we are talking about here ;-) :-outta Francois :-wave________________________Francois A. August 29, 200223 yr Francois, Based on the fact that you apparently don't know what side of the road to drive on, how are you gonna get there?;) Toni.
August 29, 200223 yr That's why Francois flies everywhere ....... although I don't quite follow. The French drive on the right, and if there were a road to Avsim base, it would be the same, n'est ce pas ... is Francois Japanese, or Australian? I think we should be told.In China, they drive in the middle, to avoid knocking over too many bicycles. The only difficulty with that is at night, when something comes the other way ... as they tend to remove one headlight bulb too, to save it as a spare .... now guess which one, oncoming traffic!Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitak.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/reds.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitakv3.jpg _________________________ Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumont VP Fleet, DC-3 Airways Team Member, MAAM-SIM
August 29, 200223 yr :-lol :-lol :-lol Got you all confused now have I ?? :-)Neither.. is the answer.. and not French either... But I will be driving AND flying in the UK next week..... apparently Toni has some reservations on my driving skills... :-lolNot to worry... I trained here the last few days... with driving on the left side I mean.. All went very well, although there are a lot of maniacs on the roads these days. Saw many a car in the ditches in my rearview mirrors... tsk tsk tsk... :-outta Francois :-wave

"At home in the wild"[link:avsim.com/alaska/alaska_052.htm|Don's Alaskan Bush Charters]"Beavers Lead the Way"[link:www.avsim.com/vfr_center/mainpages/vfr_flights_main_page.htm]VFR Flight Center]"Looking Good Outside"

http://avsim.com/hangar/air/bfu/logo70.gifhttp://www.fssupport.com/images/moose2.gif

________________________Francois A. August 29, 200223 yr .... I've seen other FS forums like that as well, hence the fact I tend to stay here - most discussions (with a few noteable - and recent exceptions) stay civil. If they don't then it gets dealt with.......
August 29, 200223 yr O.K. Francois - driving on the left in practise for your visit to the UK - lots of cars in ditches.....................I reckon your BELGIAN !!!!!*:-* :) Toni.
