TexAir needs an Aircraft Repainter/Fleet Manager to take our fleet from simple to super. We currently have a very simple livery that needs great improvement. Here is what we ask of our repainter:- Can search the internet and find freeware (and possibly payware) aircraft of TexAir request that are legal to re-paint and re-distribute.- Does not have to stay on as the permanent fleet manager if they choose not to.- Preferrably has done many repaints before and can provide samples of their work.- Can repaint aircraft compatible with FS2002, FS2004, and possibly FSX (files do not have to be combined).- Can create an organized, easy-to-install .zip file of the aircraft(s).- Thinks creatively and can provide TexAir with new ideas.- Can complete an entire aircraft repaint within 1-2 weeks or sooner. If you are interested in the position, please visit http://texairva.tripod.com and click the "Hangar" link to view our current liveries. We have a basic idea for our permanent livery, but see what you can come up with. Also, you do not have to stick with the same colors. Change our colors if you like, we are willing to change our scheme/theme. Note that we'd like you to repaint our current aircraft to the new livery and also find and repaint our future aircraft list. We'll be in contact on this subject after you apply.TO APPLY:If you're only interested in painting a few aircraft for us and being on your way, email your information to [email protected] you'd like to become our permanent Fleet Manager, please use the application form on our "Management" page. (If you're a pilot we will transfer up to 500 hours from another VA.)Thank you,Darryl
