I still can't get to the Air Koryo Virtual website. When I try typing in the address it says: This account has been suspended. Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible. I need help with this!

It may help if you include the web address in your post, but it sounds like they're "off the air".John M

That message generally means that they haven't paid for their hosting services. They've probably gone out of business.
