Piper Arrow3 repaints?

Featured Replies

Hi guys,Anyone know where there is an abundance of repaints for this plane? It's an excellent model, but there appears to be just 2 basic repaints of it in redblue stripe scheme that came with the model.I am on autopilot as i type from myrtle beach to Orlando :DThanx in advance.....=Swiv=

I posted about that some months ago. Kind of strange that this plane hasn't got more atention. OK, the flight model isn't perfect but the model looks great from the external view and it even comes with a VC. Someone should do a couple of repaints and redo the flight model and we will have one sweet little plane :)

Part of the problem is that the textures for the fuselage if manipulated, lose the transparent windows. I think this is one of the reasons actually. Ive tried it a few ways and cant get it to repaint without losing the transparent windows.Hornit

It's not an easy repaint, granted. But I too am kinda saddened by this lack of repaints for this fine craft.I made some modifications to the panel and the AIR file back when it was first released and sent them to the author. He deemed them worthy enough and released an update with my panel changes, some other fixes, and he tweaked the AIR file incorporating some of my changes. (You can get the update in the library.)It's still one of my favorite aircrafts, and fly it all the time. (Thankfully, the blue striped paint job IS quite nice.)
