Hi there, does this airport (ISD Project) need an exclude/flatten line in the scenery.cfg or can I simply add it manually? The reason for my asking is that after I had to reinstall WinXP, I'm suffering from the "FS2002 can not be found in regestry" error.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Cheers,Pete http://members.aol.com/pzsoulman/myhomepage/logo.gifAthlonXP2000,AbitKX7-333(latest4in1),512MB/2700SDRAM,WinXP,DirectX8.1,Geforce3TI200(128MB)(Det.30.82),SBlive(WDM5.1.2601.0)

PeteWhat you say has got me a little confused...After putting WindowsXP on your system, if you then installed FS2002 it would write to the registry and you wouldn't get that error.I'm running the same software as you and the Milan Malpensa auto-install routine ran perfectly with no errors and no 'multiple' scenery layers. If all else fails, uninstall FS2002 (using control panel add/delete programs option), re-boot the system and do a new FS2002 installation. Then run the Milan scenery installer as downloaded. Good luck.Toni.

Pete - There is no exclude or flatten. You can add it manually with a plain-vanilla entry. Here's what the installer added for me:[Area.151]Title=ISD Project - Milano MalpensaLocal=sceneryISD Project - Milano MalpensaRemote=Active=TRUERequired=FALSELayer=151Trip

Don't suppose you set up the Real Air Marchetti 260 and did that manually, did you? I changed the install route to a temp directory .... and Real Air rewrote my registry to say that FS was now in that temp directory! So when I went to install Malpensa a day or so later, it couldn't find FS!Possible problems with the Malpensa installation, and their remedies, are efficiently laid out in a forum thread:http://www.isdproject.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=130Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitak.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/reds.htmlhttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitakv3.jpg

Yeah, I wasn't real happy with the installer for Malpensa, I DO NOT like not knowing where my files are going, luckily I was able to install it to a temp folder and install it myself and have had no problems with it. Auto Installers are not a good thing in my book!Michael
