October 20, 200223 yr I do that too! I used to be a consultant and every night before I leave, I always simulate the flight, and every time I come home, I simulate that flight also. My parents live in New York and I'm in California. Every time I'm going to visit them, I always do the flight the night before.
October 20, 200223 yr You talk to someone on the phone and when you spell things out, you use the Phonetic Alphabet.Sometimes I do that and end up giggling.
October 21, 200223 yr Author It's funny..I once called tech support because I was having problems with my soundcard. I had to give them my address, so I read it to the them over the phone (using the normal alphabet)...anyway, the lady at the phone read back my address to make sure it was correct, and she used the phonetic alphabet. Probably because that support centre was in the Netherlands, and I live in Sweden. It was kind of hard to understand each other. After she finished, I nearly replied with "Readback correct" :-lol -
