Hi, no offense to the staff, but I really don't like the look of these forums - they're ugly.I know of a really nice forum software called RadiantBoard which is really great and modern, full of AJAX!I really suggest converting, it'll really make these forums much better.

...and maybe he's got some stock with the company. These "ugly" forums are fine in another's opinion. This software would "make these forums much better"? I'd think it's the content rather than the appearance that behooves a forum most...
