If you are using WinXP then your choice can be FAT or NTFS. If you are using a dual boot Win9X/WinXP, then you may use all FAT or a combination of FAT/NTFS.If you are going to use FAT (FAT32), I recommend you don't have a partition larger than 10-11GB. The larger the partition size, the bigger the cluster size, the more waste of space when small files are saved.
