Greetings all,,I'm seriously considering the following setup and wanted some third-party feedback. I'm planning on buying it today or tomorrow.Pentium 4 2.53512 MB RAM120 GB Hard DriveGeForce4 Ti 4200 128 MBCD-RW (Of course)Floppy Drive (duh...)Any comments would be appreciated!Nicolas in rainy CYOW

get a Western Digital 8MB cache hard drive. What kind of sound are you planning on using? What OS Windows Xp? most importantly...what motherboard???...don't put a cheap one in or it will run like a 2GHz

Thanks for the comments,The hard drive that I mentioned above has got a 8MB cache. As for the sound, I'm planning to use onboard sound for now since I didn't use much of my full-featured SoundBlaster as much as I could have (the motherboard is an Asus, and it's certainly more than entry-level for this kind of CPU). Of course, I'm migrating (finally) to Windows XP.Nicolas

nice choice on hard drive and motherboard brand. It sounds like a nice system

I've got an Asus P4PE m'board with P4-2.4 and GF4-4200-128.512 Meg PC2700 memory. WD 8 Meg cache hard drive. The on-board sound is just fine..This system runs absolutely great for FS2002!The only thing I might consider changing to is an ATI-9500,for the improved FSAA.. but apart from that, this is the perfectlybalanced system IMHO.
