I'm having problems with my new pc accessing the web. My dial-up software connects to the web, but when tryuing to find pages, it comes up with "The page cannot be displayed" message, WHY? what am I doind wrong? It was working the other day

Did you download any updates from the Microsoft update website? If so, one or more of the updates may have changed your security settings, thereby not allowing pages to be displayed.If you can get to the Microsoft website, use the Search or Knowledge Base, type in the error and see if any of the responses fixes your problem.W.
