That's weird, sounds like it could be a virus or something. I would run a full scan of your HD and see if anything comes up.

You could have inadvertantly removed something from the Registry that shouldn't have been removed. I don't know what to tell you since I can't 'see it' for myself, however it could be a virus. Next time and before working on your registry, you would be wise to export a copy of the registry first by clicking File, then Export in the regedit window. Hello,I use following :http://www.registry-clean.net/It controls, shows the errors in the registry. There is a trial period.Hope it helps
