February 18, 200422 yr >WOW!!! That sure looks incredibly good to me. Not saying it does not look good OR that his system is not giving him good FPS... but if you are trying to compare the 9800pro 128 with the 9800XT 256 and this is a comparison with his old card of another type it does not tell you what you need to know. Note that his system also has MUCH more (and faster) system memory than yours and his CPU is overclocked as well. You are also still looking at your OLD system you have now and not what you will have later.Just wondering what the results would be with a 9800pro plugged into the same slot. True, the XT is overclocked a bit, but you can do that to the "pro" if you add some extra cooling. (if you really HAD to)Please understand, I am not trying to sell you on one card over the other just because I'm happy with mine, just trying to help answer your question as to if the extra money is worth it or not :-)Also not trying to offend ANYone with the discussion at all. If the price had been the same, or even closer I might have bought the "XT" as well. Here is the spec list for the ATI 9800 series:http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/63470.jpg
