September 13, 200421 yr Author Thanks but no. The problem apparently has been identified and is the result of incompatibility between WinXP SP2 and the driver provided by Ahead Software (Nero). There is a long explanation on the SP2 forum here on Avsim.Michael J.WinXP-Home,AMD64 3500+,Abit AV8, Radeon X800 Pro,WD 36GB Raptor,1 GB PC3200 http://www.reality-xp.com/community/nr/rsc/rxp-higher.jpg Michael J.
September 14, 200421 yr What version of the Nero software are you using. I have version 5.5.10.56 and have no problems entering any startup mode.W. Sieffert Bill Sieffert
September 15, 200421 yr Author Nero Burning ROM is not the problem. The problem is Ahead Software's InCD. Michael J.WinXP-Home,AMD64 3500+,Abit AV8, Radeon X800 Pro,WD 36GB Raptor,1 GB PC3200 http://www.reality-xp.com/community/nr/rsc/rxp-higher.jpg Michael J.
