Auran Trainz Classic review

Featured Replies

At the end of the review there is an Editor's note that Auran filed for bankruptcy in December 2007. I believe there is some confusion here. According to what i have read Auran Developments filed for bankruptcy but the Trainz collection is owned by Auran Games which is still running but with reduced staff. The forum is still active http://forums.auran.com/trainz/index.php as is the shop http://www.auran.com/auran/shop.htm

I was researching a note that a reader had sent and the Google search resulted in an announcement about the bankruptcy. It didnt go into specifics of which branches were effected, but made the generalization that all of Auran was closing.I stand corrected and have retracted the Editor's Note. Thanks for the follow-up information.
