April 19, 200521 yr Fellow simmers and users of UKRoute,Just a short note incase you were wondering why we are still using airac 0502 data. Starting with airac 0502 some extra data was written to the srd document. Airac 0503 didn't appear to be available at all. These changes have meant that our automated software for converting the srd.pdf into useable data for UKRoute is having to be extensivley updated and re-written. Please be assured that we are doing our best to get this service available to you again as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience in this matter.Happy flying.Graham SumnerUKRoute developer :-yellow1:-wave :-wave :-wave :-wave :-wave :-wave
April 21, 200521 yr Hello Graham, perhaps you can help me with a related problem. Since a few months I have been unable to get the SRD document from the NATS website. I always get a "file not found" error when I try to access the respective menu entry. Did they remove that service, or did the link move and the website was not updated???Yours,Martin Georg/EDDFVATSIM Europe Division Director *** mailto:[email protected]http://online.vatsimindicators.net/811874/957.png Cheers, Martin Georg/EDDF Contributing editor, FS-Magazin
April 21, 200521 yr Author Hi there Martin,That was strange wasn't it. Airac 0503 for the SRD didn't seem available at all to anyone. The SRD for 0504 is available for download now. There was no explanation although many changes and new additions have been made to the document. You should be able to access it now although it seems to be 8mb or more in size.Graham
April 22, 200521 yr Hi Martin/Graham,I usually get my copy directly from the NATS, so I didn't notice the broken link... I've heard though there have be some problems with the distribution, but the link should be working fine now anyway. If any of you still needs the 0503 SRD, let me know...Cheers,http://home.planet.nl/~duijn181/cu2/koen.jpg
