Front page and Library page corrections

Not sure if this has been reported yet.1. On the front page, the heading for the Nascar repaints is currently "FS2002 Repaints" instead of "N2002 Repaints".2. The "Library Forum" link in the text at the top of the Library page points to the old Library Forum instead of the new one.

Some altruistic person apparently reuploaded it (??).I have removed the duplicate, thanks for the report.--M
