Though I cannot be sure (didn't live then), I doubt that (the word used today is "Weichensteller"). First it would have to be "Reichseisenbahnenknotenpunkthinundherschieber" to be grammatically correct, secondly, "hindundherschieber" sounds too colloquial to be some kind of title (especially at that time). If anything it could be an ironic term used to ridicule the idea of always using words of "Germanic" (and not Roman) origin in the "Third Reich", but I doubt that, too, because at that time there was AFAIK only one "Reichsbahn" and the word "Weiche" (points/switch) is not of Roman origin (again AFAIK).
