First, I would uninstall the new items to see what the IRQ situation was prior to you installing the new items. Did you not use any USB items before you installed the new items (I'm assuming the wireless receiver is USB)?Since you are running WinXP, you are probably have ACPI invoked. If so, you will not be able to change IRQs. You would have to reinstall WinXP and invoke a install switch NOT to install ACPI.
