The italian users which have a problem to download offline files can resolve it setting from "italia" to "Regno Unito" the international options and language from the control panel of your OS...this is a temporary solution, i hope damian release a patch for this bug

Pippo,grazie per la soluzione temporanea; avrei preferito comunque unsuggerimento ufficiale da parte dello staff che invece sembra non aver preso troppo sul serio la nostra questione, attribuendo inveceil malfunzionamento del programma ad un errore nostro (vedi precedenti threads).Ad ogni buon conto nei settaggi internazionali non trovo altro che Afrikaans, Inglese (Stati Uniti d'America) ed Italiano (Standard).Adesso provo i settaggi U.S.A.Auguri di Buone FesteLuigi ;-)

Per scaricare in off-line mode io ho dovuto eliminare il checkbox su "Use system time for processing" e inserire l'ora dell'ultimo ciclo metar completo nella casella "UTC hour for download" (con timezone -1), altrimenti non ne voleva proprio sapere di fare il download. Misteri....Peccato dello scarso supporto!Ho appena segnalato un bug (se cosi' si puo' definire) sulla manacata visualizzazione della neve (sta accadenso in moltissimi posti) quando sul metar non sono riportate indicazioni sulle nubi (fs aggancia la neve/pioggia alle nubi). Speriamo che risolvano....Un saluto e tanti auguri per il nuovo anno!Paolo

Hello all,Sorry that there are some very dissapointed with my support response. Out of 500 or so e-mails I get per day plus managing two forums sometimes gets overwhelming and while I try to respond to each and every e-mail or forum post it gets difficult sometimes, especially over the holidays. It also helps that if you have an issue, you post a new thread so I can see it better (vs. 1/2 way down an existing thread). Please note that I have also already addressed this temporarily by advising how to manually download and create offline weather files (see the top of the forum thread list).To answer any questions about this bug, it has been identified, confirmed, and fixed, and I am working hard on trying to get the 1.1 update ready for release ASAP.As stated you can change your TIME FORMAT so that it follows normal international form of "HH:MM:SS" and this will allow you to use ActiveSky without problems. You can ALSO change to FS TIME (uncheck USE SYSTEM TIME). You can ALSO manually download and create offline files (as mentioned above).Thanks for your patience and undererstanding while I get v1.1 wrapped up!
