January 18, 200323 yr Hi friends,no news at all!!!If we want download METARS within ActiveSky we still have to modify international settings and uncheck USE SYSTEM TIME FOR PROCESSING checkbox. To the author:*I have just downloaded a METAR (10:31 in Italy - 09:31Z) and file is called cicle00Z, maybe because FS2002 is not running? Now i launch FS2002 (FStime is 12:05 UTC) and again download a METAR...this time file is called cycle11Z; OK that should be yesteday METAR for 11Z.Right?*So i cannot check USE SYSTEM TIME FOR PROCESSING; i suppose i have to enter nothing in UTC HOUR FOR DOWNLOAD. Right?*Another question: can i rename METAR files before they are overwritten by same cycle?Z some days later? How do i rename those files: winds, taf, metar, cycle? Do i have to reneme all of them? Or better to save old files i separated folders called January 18 2003 - 11Z?*And finally: if i do not check USE SYSTEM TIME FOR PROCESSING but will enter the correct value in TIME ZONE/UTC CONVERSION (+1) will TAF Processing be correct?Hope next time you will think about italian people. Thanks in advance for helpingLuigi ;-)
January 18, 200323 yr ask why i have to wait so long?In other forum (Radar Contact for example) i usually get author's answer in half an hour or less. But that's another story...Come on HiFi wake up!Luigi ;-)

January 18, 200323 yr Commercial Member Luigi,C'mon man, you are being unreasonable...I have responded to near a dozen emails from you (over the past month) within minutes after being sent.. I have done the same with forum posts. Some times I am sleeping or busy fixing a downed server.Sorry I cannot respond within 30 minutes during the middle of the night!Don't you appreciate the quickness of the other responses I have sent to you? I don't understand why you are advertising my support is slow when you know darn well that it is not..Anyways,I don't understand why the TAF processing is not still working. Can you please tell me what your WINDOWS CLOCK says, including AM/PM and/or the separation character (i.e. : in most of the world). This appears to be the cause of the problem. Thank you. From now on please e-mail me directly

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...]
[/table Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
