Hello everyone, v1.15 is released and fixes problems with zero visibility, Italian time processing, cycle download completeness, and adds an option to prevent wind updates during FORCE (for consistent landing runway with FS ATC usage). The update is available free for all v1.x users. Download from: http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/downloads.htm v1.2 release, with several new features including full international winds aloft, is estimated first half of February. Thanks to the BETA TEAM and all ActiveSky wxRE users for their support, input and assistance with future development! -Damian

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...]
[/table

Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)

Ditto for me! Even with a few buggies, ActiveSky makes FS "More real than Microsoft Gets" and allows us sim pilots the chance to deal with all the challenges of flight! Thanks for a great product and superb support!

The link goes to the 1.1 release, not 1.15. Am I missing something?

same here - thanks for your endless support, Damian ! looking already forward for the international winds, especially over Europe !keep on going your excellent work !cheers,Harald Heidinger / LOWW

Hi Damian Having problems connecting flightmax to activesky.I have all the latest Versions installed ie Fsupic 2.95,flightmax 1.4.and presumeably Activesky 1.15.Both folders are installed fs module folder. By the way you and your team are doing a great job and i am looking forward to further inhancements. Regards Robin Kiwi pilot

Hi Robin,Please send me an e-mail to [email protected], with your fsflightmax.ini and wxre.ini files, and I will take a look. You can confirm your version of wxRE by looking at the bottom right of the main program screen. Hi!Thanks for your updates and I am glad to hear that international winds aloft will be implemented soon!steve

Hi!Thanks for your work! IMO, your weather simulation is much, much better than the FS real weather. One remark: When I flew EDDF-CYYZ two days ago, I had winds 114 at 104 constantly for more than two hours while flying from BEN to 59N40W. There was no variation in wind direction or speed at all meanwhile there where changes in cloud appearance. With your wind update in Februar, will there be a more realistic wind simulation over the Atlantic? At least, will there be a more real variation?
