April 10, 200323 yr I noted that when I active for the first time the function "add to wind altitude" because my plane is in a high altitude airport as bryce and I put 7000 feet , then I am not able to deactive it but continue working active at 1000 feet....I do not understand what is the problem...is maybe a bug of activesky?thank you
April 10, 200323 yr Commercial Member Hi, you should not use add to wind altitude... elevations are considered by wxRE when determining wind already. Hope that helps!-Damian

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...]
[/table Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
April 10, 200323 yr Author thank you, but how can I resolve the problem now?because there is not winds a low altitude anywhere in fs2002 and I am not able to deactivate the function on fsuipc menu......
April 10, 200323 yr Commercial Member No winds below a certain altitude? I am not sure what your problem is exactly either, but screenshots would help here. Not able to deactivate the option?Try this: Copy the fsuipc.ini from your ActiveSky wxRE folder to your FS2002Modules folder to make sure options are all set correctly (and reset anything that is wrong). Let me know if that works, if not, please e-mail me screenshots at .
