FSUIPC settings

Featured Replies

Hi to all! What settings should I activate in FSUIPC registered version to use with AS2004?I read the AS2004 manual but nothing about fsuipc configuration (only to use the minimum default settings). For example: i see that AS2004 has wind smoothing and pressure smoothing so I suppose I do not activate into FSUIPC. But for turbulence and icing formation into the clouds? And other clouds and wind settings? Many thanks for answerRegards,Max

The manual is pretty clear about what NOT to set. A good starting point is minimum weather settings. Beyond that, the best thing to do is experiment! Try and see if you like your experience better with some things enabled. I use FSUIPC visibility smoothing and disable it in AS2004. I also use the visibility gradiations and maximum visibility settings. I have all the winds/clouds stuff disabled as AS2004 does much better on its own. Turbulence and ice are also modelled in AS2004 so I have those off in FSUIPC...
