HiJim i dont know wether this is an active sky problem 2004'When i am parked at the airport my frame rates average 28 to 29 but when i come to activate the radar my fp drops to 10 on average.I have been trying to solve the problem i do have top end hardware.Canu help please. That is when i use the small version,when i bring back the large version my frame rates reduce dramatically to 1 to 5 fps.When i turn the program off my frame rates stay down around the 10 fps in actual fact it flips from 10 to 28 back immediatley to ten I dont comprehend this at all.Can u help. regards robin

Robin,Go into AR Options and start lowering your Radar settings. Each system is different, but I can suggest to start with Radar Detail.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support

Jim I Have already tried that as soon as i ctrl shift 12 the frame rates immediatley drop.i have even uninstalled as2004 and reinstalled no change regards robin

Even if you put Radar detail on Low? Your attachment was not here. May have been too large. What are your system specs? What is the FS weather like when you do this?Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support

Hi Jim i dont know whats going on aftre some play around it seems the fps have settled down i unenabled render to texture i now turn on radar when ready to take off it seems to work will keep my fingers crossed regards robin. no not working as soon as i switch to active radar fps drop immediatley having problem sending clipboard at present clear weather.
