Can somebody fix my problem with the airspeed indicator in my cockpit of the B747-400When i run fs2004 and also activesky 2004 then i became a problem with my airspeed indicator, he go swinging and every time then he go back to 0.Also my screen is flikkered and the most time when i flying about 260 knots, then it's going wrong with my airspeed indicator.When that happened and i fly on the AP, then my engines going full throttle.When i not used activesky 2004, but only the wheater updating from fs2004, then is every thing going well.It's the airspeed indicator on the left in my cockpit, with numbers.This are my settings:Pentium 4, 3.0 ghz, 800 mhz1024 mb ramRadion 9700 pro, 128 mbFsuipc 3.125, registeredFS2004 and ActiveSky 2004Framerate about 25I hope somebody can help my with this crazy problem and can give me the right settings for the fsuipc and fs2004.I read alreaddy the hole manuals, but can't find it how i must do it.JohnPH_NL-10

Make sure you turn on anti-ice (pitot heat) gear - this is probably your issue. Also, Get FSUIPC PI (3.14), it has improved ice modelling.Best,sg

To All,Also try to turn on pitot heat with the shift/H keys. We have found that some planes have the switch, but it is a dummy switch, it really doesn't turn p. heat on.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support

Hello,i have exactly the same Problem when using AS2004 with my PMDG737NG. This happens only direct after Takeoff and in the approach phase and disappears suddenly after some minutes. I think it is related to the altitude, i've never seen this during a flight at altitudes above FL100. It also seems related to the area you are flying in. In the area around EGLL/EGKK this occurs on every apporach, approaching ESSA works always flawlessly. Turning on the "pitot heaters" has no effect, i'm using the latest registered FSUIPC and Alpha 1 of AS2004. Would be very nice if this could be fixed as this is the last issue i have with AS2004. All other Probelms i had (especially the windshear problems) are completely gone after i installed Alpha 1.I love AS2004 anyway and i'm very glad i bought it. Keep up the good work!regardsjanosch

Hello,after some more flights it seems that every "complex" add-on aircraft i own (that uses FSUIPC functions for the autopilot) does have some problems when used together with AS2004.The last days for example i did some flights with my PSS Airbus. I noticed that as soon a AS2004 is used the autopilot is unable to climb with steady climb rates . The climb rates are changing with high frequency between 100 and 5000 fts/min. The autopilot seems to do this in order to keep the optimal speed calculated for climb.This effect occurs only when using AS2004 and does reproducable occur arround EGLL (at least with my setup :-( ).This is much less annyoing then the oscillating speedbar when using the PMDG birds but is also not how it should be.Maybe the real problem is located in the way FSUIPC writes the Weather to FS2004?Would be very nice is someone could fix this. regards janosch

Hi All,The problem with the airspeed indicator isn't fixed.I just buy the PMDG 737 series and also here is the crazy problem and also my autopilot isn't work correct.I have d/l the AS2004 update and install it, but no changing at all.At the moment i fly only with the wheater update from FS2004, this is working perfect and no problems.I really hope somebody can fix the problem with AS2004 or FSUIPC, i don't no wich program make this problems.Lets still wait till somebody found the solution.regards PH_NL-10
