No matter what, you will use one update to get to version 1.92. There are some wxRE settings that need to change as you fly with FS02 and then with FS04. Nothing major, just takes a few seconds.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support

Darren,Please don't speak for the "majority" of AS users. I don't believe you have access to the Active Sky sales info to determine what the majority is. I for one have been using Active Sky since it came out for FS2002 and AS2004 since it was released. Yes, there are a few bugs remaining but it is by far the most realistic weather generation program going today. I use it everytime I fly and have very, very few problems. If you have problems with it, I'm sorry, but don't presume to speak for the "majority" of users.

Hi,I've been planning to buy Active Weather for some time now for fs9.It sounds like a great program, esp. for a weather fan like myself (I was a meteorologist in the army). But watching the posts here in the forum is giving me a severe case of hesitation. All I see is fix after fix, patches, betas galore trying to improve bugs based on community feedback. Reminds me of FLY!2 when it came out- an incomplete software that had the same forum process of feedback and susequent patches. How long do I have to wait beforw AS is more stable. I do not wish to be part of a software development process, just a customer with a polished playable product that delivers the goods, not bugs. Is the AS fs2002 version more stable, btw?Eytan Ornstein
