December 13, 200223 yr Can I save screenshots from FS2K2 without downloading some sort of program? If so, please, detailed instructions. Thansk all. JCH COMM, ASMEL, IA
December 13, 200223 yr Quick and dirty screen shots from within fs2002, press the ALT and Print Scrn buttons at the same time. A snap shot of your screen has been take. Open any graphics application you have, MSPaint will work if you dont have a graphics app, press control+V and the image will be placed into Paint. Now you can resize the image to a suitable size. The process will work in any other graphics apps you have.
December 13, 200223 yr Just a footnote to Dave's reply:You can only take one shot at a time this way. If you press the print Screen button again (I don't need the Alt key key btw) before saving the shot in your art program, it gets overwritten. This is why programs like FSscreen are so useful - you get hundreds of shots without interrupting your flight.
December 14, 200223 yr I use a little utlity called "FSScreen" by Matthias Holzer. While the program is running, all you have to do is hit your "Print Screen" key and FSScreen will automatically save the picture as a .bmp file to the folder of your choice. It's very simple to use, and can be found right here in the AVSIM Library under the filename "fsscreen.zip" Hope this helps. :-)Ryan-Flightpro08 :-cool VATSIM Pilot/ControllerZLA ARTCC Senior Controller (C-3)SAN TRACON Lead ASRC (Advanced Simulated Radar Client) Beta Tester-----------------------------My "Home Made" System Specs:Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz ProcessorTurbo Gamer ATX Mid-Tower with 420W Power SupplyEPoX 4G4A Motherboard with Intel 845G ChipsetVisiontek XTASY GeForce4 128MB Ti4600 (Det 30.30 Drivers)512MB PC2100 DDR RAM40GB Matrox 7200RPM Hard DriveWindows XP Home Edition SP1*No CPU or GPU Overclocking*3dMark2001SE Score: 11298-----------------------------Click [link:ftp.avsim.com/library/esearch.php?DLID=&Name=&FileName=&Author=Ryan+Fretwell&CatID=Root]Here to Download my American Eagle POSKY CRJ-200!
December 14, 200223 yr Author I use Martin Wright's MULTIGRAB http://www.mnwright.btinternet.co.uk/index.htm it takes up to 100 pics and saves them as a BMP or JPEG, sends them to the editor and also compresses them as well. Works great!Michaelhttp://www.geocities.com/res052cd/cmhbanner.gif Best, Michael KDFW
