Hi allthis is NOt a complaint in any shape or form,i just purchased the upgrade to ASV and after trying to download it,(the server is busy)it says that i have completed the download.i'm slightly worried that if it thinks i have downloaded it ,this will stop me from being able to download all of it...when trying to download i get an error.server busy server disconnected.i knew that it would be busy, so it's not a problem.just need reassuance that i will be able to download it..once server is working.. thanks steve

They have temporarily reset the download counters to allow everyone to grab the file, and you shouldn't have any issues at this point.

Thanks but still no download..seems to be trying to download a file called RENAME.ME..then server disconnects.. any ideas steve

this is 5-6hrs later and server is still disconnecting me...what am i supposed to do???????.this is very frustrating!!still getting a file called RENAME.ME and then i'm disconnected help appreciated steve
