cant reload asv from taskbar after shutting down fs

Hi,This means its stuck trying to communicate with FS as it was shut down in the middle of a write process. I would suggest not shutting down FS first but instead shut down ASV first.We will work on improving the processes to prevent such a condition...

Sure i agree i should close asv first in this case and have no problem but if minimized i could no longer maximize or restore it.
