December 1, 200520 yr I am getting a program error - exiting verify proper file locations and mapped drive to the root of the widefs/asv machineI have a mapped network drive with sharing on (allow network users to change my files) and I have shared the C drive of both machines. My activeradar folder is not located inside of the ASV folder. Is that the problem?Any ideas? Thanks,
December 1, 200520 yr Commercial Member Hi,First make sure you are using the latest B367. It should be installed fully (with all normal folders including ModulesASV and ModulesActiveRadar). ASV should not be installed on the FS9 machine. Since your maps are ready to go, next run the ARconnector.exe program from the FS9 machine, browsing through the share to the wideFS's ASVModulesASV folder, following all the normal prompts. This will configure all appropriate settings, copy the activeradar module as required, and verify everything. This procedure is outlined in arconnector.txt as well as the readme file. If you have any problem during a certain step, please let us know the details (including ASV.ini) and we'll assist. Thanks! Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies

I have a drive mapped to C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9ModulesASV from the FS machine to the client machine where ASVE is runningDo I need anything else mapped? I am following the readme but still getting the error msg in the first post--verify proper file locations and mapped drive to the root of the widefs/asv machineAlso, I copied ActiveRadar folder and activeradar.dll to the flight sim folder modules directory. Thanks!
December 1, 200520 yr Author I am able to connect over WideFS now. I am receiving weather from ASVE, however I am not getting Activeradar to work. It says nearest station 1000nm. I am sitting at the meigs field (default situation). Trying to troubleshoot this problem.Thanks.
