flightplan loading question

Featured Replies

Hi Jim,No, the manual is correct, FS04 cannot be running for ALL textures to be updated and active. It does not matter whether a flight is loaded or not.In Offline mode you are going to load your weather file first and the time is already a part of this file. ICS does not look at the times but at your route and the conditions along that route. Also, in Offline Mode you are going to use FS time, and not system time, both in ASV and in FS04.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg

You wrote:"In Offline mode you are going to load your weather file first and the time is already a part of this file. Thanks!I'm still going to load ASV, then FS9, then my flight, so that I can see the date/time of the flight. Then exit FS9 completly, download the weather, load the flight plan, reload FS9, reload the flight and enjoy the great views!Best,...jim
