ASV6 Stuttering more important in Full screen mode?

Featured Replies

Hello,I have the feeling that these stutters that I have when the weather is updated are more important in Full Screen mode than in Window mode.Any recommendation? Thanks in advance

HI Emile,Did you use auto submit and in windowed mode with your last test?Try this:Run Fs2004 Full screen with Auto submit enabled.Run Fs2004 Full screen without Auto submit enabled.Run Fs2004 in windowed mode with Auto submit enabled.Run Fs2004 in windowed mode without Auto submit enabled. We have to find the combination, if it is the full screen mode that's affect or the auto submit or both at the same time.ThanksChris Willishttp://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6...development.jpg http://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-proud.jpg

Hello Chris,I made several test flights (always the same aircraft, time, from KBCE to KHVE , altitude, ...) I will use a scale up to 5 to show the stutters level I found and these are my findings :"Try this:1/Run Fs2004 Full screen with Auto submit enabled. Yes Stutters 5/5 with 7 to 10 stutters.2/Run Fs2004 Full screen without Auto submit enabled. Stutters 1/53/Run Fs2004 in windowed mode with Auto submit enabled. Stutters 2-3/5 only up to 5 stutters.4/Run Fs2004 in windowed mode without Auto submit enabled. Stutters 1/5My interpretation is "auto submit" increases the stuttering and these are more important in Full screen... now my friend it's up to you .. my Guru !! (lol)BTW from time to time ,even with FS9 running and of course in window mode I see in the bottom of the screen in the small window "fs disconnected" but all seams OK in the ASv6 window. I have some screen shots but these are too large to put in AVSIM, if an e-mail address is available I can send themHope this will help. Thanks in advance.

Hi Emile,Thanks for the test. There is 2 reports now and It's the auto submit that's make this on some system. For full screen and windowed mode, it's related to the system capability.ThanksChris Willishttp://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6...development.jpg http://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-proud.jpg
