Hello,On my system ,a few minutes ago, this operation was taking more than 4 minutes. I made several tries and came to the same conclusion.The download seams very slow , comparing to the FS9 context. Any ideas?

Hi Emile,Are you referring to the DOWNLOAD of data or the WRITE of data?Downloads can take up to a minute or so (broadband) as they are throttled back by default (to avoid performance hits in FS). Are they taking longer than this?Weather writes should actually happen quicker in FSX compared to FS9, but I suppose there are potentially other factors at play. You can disable write (and/or process) throttling to make things much quicker, but it may cause a sim performance hit during updates. Might be worth experimenting. Does that help?
