January 2, 200719 yr Hi,Often after connecting ASV with FS9, the FS clock will be reset. For example, this morning I had the FS time set to 11:50. I then started WideFS, and ASV proceeded to load the current weather. After the weather was loaded, the FS time was now 11:03.This behavior does not happen all of the time, but I would say more than 50% of the time it does.Any ideas? Thanks! January 2, 200719 yr Author Hi Jim,I am in online mode. Also, I do have FS Real Time installed, but have not actually used it for quite some time. Thanks! Bryan OpalkaNoble Air - Americas Region
January 20, 200719 yr Hey Jim,I noticed this today also. I do not use FS real time and it happens with the AI refresh. Build 536 is what I am using also. It's not a big deal you can reset the clock, but I can confirm it happens to me also.
January 20, 200719 yr Hi Dave,We do move the time in order to refresh AI. How much is your time moving? I believe that we move it 5 minutes. Please let us know, Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/
January 20, 200719 yr Jim,The first of the hour, no matter what. At 2245z @ AI refresh the clock goes back to 2200z. etc.... Now it does not do it if I manually refesh the AI, if that helps you guys any. Not a huge problem though.
January 22, 200719 yr Hi Dave,I cannot reproduce this no matter what I do. Is Use System Time set On in AS? Is Use System Time set in FS?Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/
January 22, 200719 yr Jim,I moved from FSUPIC 3.70 to 3.71 ( Did not realize there was an update) and that seemed to have fixed it. Two flights with 3.71 and after refresh the time stayed the same. So, odd problem solved!! :)
