August 17, 200718 yr Commercial Member Anyway to smooth these out a bit? All my sky and cloud settings are at x graphics default. Regards, Dave Opper HiFi Support Manager
August 17, 200718 yr Commercial Member Hi, Be sure you are using 32 bit in fsx graphics setting not 16 bit, and use 512x512 dxt5 clouds in XG option almost no fps hit compare to 256x256, 256x256 default is low in quality and can make some cartoonish visual. ThanksChris Willishttp://www.hifisim.comhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-dev-sigbanner.jpg Kind RegardsChris Willis
August 17, 200718 yr Author Commercial Member Ok kick me. I installed new vid drivers about an hour before installing x graphics and forgot to change it from 16 to 32.to many hours at work this week I guess. Regards, Dave Opper HiFi Support Manager

The only one I know of is in xgraphics in the options under 3d cloud image mode. Also under the "3d cloud resolution options" next to 512x512 it says "not recommended for 32 bit." Should I just ignore that?Justin
