R4D Order

How long does it normally take to get an order from MAAMSIM once it's paid for? I ordered the R4D 9 days ago and haven't heard anything about it. I don't whether it is just a normal delay, or whether the order might have fallen into a crack. Can someone enlighten me?Thanks!Dewey

Roger that, Dewey. World War II Weekend did indeed put a damper on CD deliveries, but it is well and truly over.
